Easy and professional resume and cover letter creation
The Career Center and the East Baton Rouge Parish Library announce the availability of the new online Career Center powered by Optimalresume
Optimalresume is a database that will help you build your resume and cover letter. It offers styled templates and easy formatting along with dozens of samples for different positions, industries and levels. All samples were written by an accomplished and widely published professional resume writer. Finished documents can be saved in MS Word, PDF, or downloaded to Facebook, LinkedIn, etc and your own website.
In addition Optimalresume offers interview preparation tutorials/videos and (if you have a webcam) the opportunity to create and record your own practice interview. In addition the program offers the ability to create professional portfolios, websites, skills assessments, and the opportunity to record a video resume (if you have a webcam).
You can elect to have finished documents reviewed by a Certified Career Coach by clicking on Reviewcenter.
