My first visit to the Career Center convinced me that I was not going about my job searches efficiently, effectively, or using up-to-date methodology… Their free and open-to-the-public seminars on creating effective resumes and dealing with background checks, opened my eyes to real possibilities, traps to avoid, and specific strategies for landing specific jobs. As a result I have been hired by a national firm that has its main offices here in Baton Rouge.
